I’ve written two poetry books so far.
Both are self-published and very personal.
They weren’t made with a plan — just during times when writing felt necessary.
The first one is called To The One Trying. It’s a collection of short, honest poems about recovery, emotional numbness, guilt, silence, and staying. It’s for anyone going through something quietly. Most of the poems are raw, minimal, and written during moments when I didn’t know how to express anything out loud.
The second book is The Yellow Bird That Flies Away. This one is softer. It’s about longing, slow healing, and the kinds of thoughts that come after the storm has passed. I wrote it during my lockdown days — after the worst of the pain, but before things got better.
Both books are available on Amazon.
You can read them in any order. There’s no beginning or end — just pages that try to hold what couldn’t be spoken.
